All’inizio di Gennaio ho vinto un’asta e-bay per un orologio e il sig. calut me lo ha spedito ma mi sono reso conto subito che aveva dei gravi problemi alla cassa e alla corona pertanto ho rispedito a stretto giro di posta l’orologio spiegando al sig. calut che non ero affatto soddisfatto dell’acquisto e lo invitavo a rimandarmi i soldi.
Ma il sig. calut si e’ rifiutato dicendo che avrebbe fatto riparare a regola d’arte l’orologio e me lo avrebbe rinviato, cosa di cui io dubitavo in quanto il mio orologiaio mi aveva confermato la difficolta’ di riparazione della cassa, ed in effetti a tutt’oggi nonostante i miei solleciti e le sue continue rassicurazioni non ho ancora ricevuto ne’ l’orologio ne’ i soldi.
ebay non fa’ nulla e mi dice di denunciare alla polizia io
ringrazio per i suggerimenti ma e’ da oltre un anno che scrivo a tutti :
polizia italiana e americana a hollywood (fl)
sito anti frodi americano
difesa dei consumatori in italia e in usa
sindaco di hollywood
societa’ di recupero crediti in florida
ma nessuno mi ha aiutato pertanto penso che dovro’ recarmi in florida a recuperare di persona l’oggetto , cosa che faro’ alla prima occasione .
Prendo atto che la situazione e’ questa :
-io ho perso i soldi
-calut se la ride in barba alle vostre procedure
-ebay ha perso un cliente in quanto in questo anno ho continuato ad acquistare orologi con altri canali e piu’ direttamente per evitare sorprese
-ebay ha fatto perdere ai suoi venditori guadagni
-le banche hanno perso commissioni
tutto questo per un calut qualsiasi, io spero che ebay aumenti la sicurezza e la garanzie anche in casi limite come questo perche’ questi fatti non si debbano piu’ ripetere e perche’ la tutela dei clienti penso sia la cosa piu’ importante , quando la fiducia finisce inevitabilmente le cose cambiano

Being a man (and having seen pictures of melon sex) I don’t have any trouble believing that the sticky business took place as described.
I had to ask myself if I could get used to a life like that. How much *exactly* did it bother me that He was not only serving Himself, but serving ME also?

IÒve just joined the English Language list where teachers of A level English Language discuss stuff. They pointed me to this which is good fun.
